The HAUS JURNEY Archive is a living record of collections, series, launch windows, and objects created in and released from the studio. It documents where work exists today, what has been completed, and what remains under development. Past, present, and future.

CYCLE 01 COLLECTION

CYCLE 01 is the foundational cycle of HAUS JURNEY. Spanning 2025 through 2027, it documents a return to a lifelong artistic practice while merging the precision of engineering with the wonder of art. The cycle establishes the systems, collections, and creative language that will guide future work, transforming decades of parallel experiences into a single, cohesive archive. CYCLE 01 is less a beginning than a convergence.

    Description:

    POPPED is a finite five-work series built from popcorn as subject, system, and visual language. The series began as a return to oil painting and became the foundation for the HAUS JURNEY archive system: playful, structured, repetitive, and intentionally complete.

    DOMESTIC PALEONTOLOGY preserves the ordinary. Childhood snacks, domestic rituals, and nostalgic objects are treated as cultural artifacts. Small things that quietly shaped a generation and deserve a place in the archive.

    Description:

    GRAIN GEOMETRY reinterprets aerospace engineering through contemporary painting. The series examines the internal geometries that govern propulsion systems and presents them as abstract studies of form, color, and precision.

HOW TO READ THE ARCHIVE

SERIES TERMS

  • SERIES TYPE

    • CLOSED: A complete series with a predetermined number of works. No future additions are planned.

    • OPEN: An ongoing series that may receive future works overtime within a cycle.

  • SERIES STATUS TYPE

    • IN THE ARCHIVE: Works within the series have been completed. Acquisitors are available during Launch Windows.

    • UNDER DEVELOPMENT: The series is actively being researched, tested, or created, but is not yet complete or available for acquisition.

    • FULLY COLLECTED: All released objects from the series have been acquired by collectors. No objects are currently available.

  • SERIES WORK STATUS

    • PLANNED: The work has been conceptually defined but has not entered production.

    • IN-PROGRESS: The work is actively being created within the studio.

    • COMPLETE: The work has been finished and permanently added to the archive.

EDITION TYPES

  • PORTFOLIO EDITION (PE)

    A Portfolio Edition is produced at the original scale of the artwork.

    • Limited to 5 editions

    • Matches the dimensions of the original work

    • Intended to preserve the full visual experience of the original piece

    Example: 01/05 through 05/05

  • COLLECTOR EDITION (CE)

    A Collector Edition is produced at a smaller scale than the original artwork.

    • Limited to 20 editions

    • Reduced in size for broader accessibility

    • Maintains the same composition and archival standards

    Example: 01/20 through 20/20
