RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

All works produced under HAUS JURNEY are released as part of a controlled archive system, including limited edition prints and original works. Each piece is documented, assigned a Unique Identifier (UID), and recorded within the HAUS JURNEY Archive System.

Because of this structure, all sales are treated as final placements of recorded works, not standard retail transactions.

ORIGINAL WORKS

All original artworks are final sale.

Once an original work has been placed with a collector and recorded within the Archive System, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a work arrives damaged in transit, please contact HAUS JURNEY within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include restoration, insurance claim processing, or other appropriate action.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

All HAUS JURNEY editions are produced as limited, controlled releases and are also considered final sale.

However, exceptions are made under the following conditions:

Damaged in Transit

If your edition arrives damaged:

  • Notify HAUS JURNEY within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic documentation of:

  • Packaging

  • Print condition

  • Any visible damage

Upon verification, a replacement may be issued if inventory remains available within the edition.

If the edition is sold out, an alternative resolution will be determined at the discretion of HAUS JURNEY.
